How do you value others?

Each person has his/her own way to value things around him/her.
A classic quote says "Maybe to the world you are nobody, but for somebody you are the world."

There are so many ways which a person uses to value others.
For some people, intelligence makes you worth.
For some people, wealth makes you worth.
For some people, great career makes you worth.
For some people, outer appearance makes you worth.
For some other people, your heart makes you worth.
Sad to say, most people set a value on others based on the first four.

What is it that you use to measure one's value?
Is it because someone is good-looking? rich? smart? powerful?
Can you value their heart which not a single person can immitate?
